Table plans (Seating charts)

A table plan lets your guests know which table they will be sat at during the wedding breakfast. Our table plans have the guests listed under each table.

Please see details below for the different sizes of plan. The design of your plan is something we will arrange separately. You can choose one of our invitation designs e.g. Watercolour, and then pick a plan type below and we will design it in the watercolour theme using your chosen colours and fonts.

Plan Types:

A2 & A1 Printed table plans are printed on board so they support themselves when sat on an easel.

Copper Easel Hanging Plan - This plan features hanging panels tied onto the copper frame with a tie or ribbon of your choice. The price includes the hire of the frame (T&C's apply regarding hiring timescales) - for couples getting married at W00DLANDS Leeds, we will take care of delivery and set up for you. 

Luxe Framed Plans are A1 in size. We can order in these beautiful ornate frames in Bridal white, Warm silver, True Gold, Black, or Antique Cream. You can choose whether to have a print only plan within this frame, or choose one of our multi panel plans with your choice of embellishment.

Additional Notes

The design can coordinate with any of our stationery themes and we can also do very bespoke designs (like the world map design pictured) for a small design fee - enquire for details.

For very large weddings (at least 100+ guests)you can also choose to have your guests listed alphabetically.
