Order of Service

For Civil ceremonies, our single sheet order of the day cards are a lovely way to give your guests some information about the days events. You can also include additional information and / or a special note to your guests.

For church ceremonies our Order of Service booklets are a beautiful keepsake and a great way to have all your service information together, and include your hymn wordings too so that guests aren't moving back and forth between hymn books and service booklets. Couples often choose 1 booklet for every 2 guests with a few spare for Clergy & keepsakes.

Do you need an 8pg or 12pg booklet? Our 8pg booklets feature your details on the front cover, then often inside the cover we list the wedding party and put additional information on the back cover. The remaining 5 pages feature the service. This generally fits a church of England service with 2 hymns nicely. We can fit in a 3rd hymn if we haven't included the printed passages that will be read during your readings. If you have several hyns, want to include reading wording, or if you are having a Catholic ceremony then we advise the 12pg booklet so that we have enough space. We don't like to make the text too small as we want your guests to be able to read all wording clearly, especially in church light.

How do I send my wording? Your Vicar/Priest will be able to provide you with a completed Word document of your finalised and approved service, with all relevent parts highlighted. I will use this to set up your service proofs. The Church will usually want to see a finished proof before printing so we advise that the service is the first reception item you get started on to give us time for proofs and changes, especially during times when your Vicar / Priest may be busy.

Our booklets are printed on heavyweight white matt paper as standard. If you desire another card stock please get in touch for availability & information on if an upgrade fee will apply.
